Title: Growth Operations Manager
Full Time, Hybrid
£35,000 + £15,000 Commission

Objectives & Responsibilities:
- The Growth Operations Manager is a specialist in lead qualification and prospecting who is responsible for generating sales pipeline via both inbound and outbound channels, conducting qualification calls to determine the value of a prospect and driving those prospects to the sales team as qualified opportunities. This new position will involve direct oversight of outbound campaigns, inbound channels and close coordination of those activities with marketing campaigns as well as business development and sales teams.

Essential Duties:
- Schedule demonstrations for sales.
- Generate leads via both inbound and outbound channels and manage campaigns, sequences and messaging for both.
- Build and edit lists, messaging and sequences for outbound campaigns based on targets, industries, etc.
- Conduct qualification calls with all types of prospects. Strengthen and improve lead nurturing funnel for low-interest leads.
- Impact and directly influence Sales pipeline and practices.
- Manage outreach activities and campaigns to support and supplement open Sales opportunities.
- Manage and support inbound channels and processes.
- Conduct internal reporting on campaign results and pipeline generated to support leadership decision making and business intelligence.
- Assist with running and developing HubSpot CRM operations management and processes.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing, helping to shape their messaging/content targeting.
- Reporting on above activities.
Work Environment/Conditions:
- At CloverDX we are in office 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Expect to be at your desk for the majority of your day. Multiple locations in the office mean that you are free to pick and choose where you call, email and do other activities, although being close to your team will give you the best opportunity to learn and grow together.
Required Education/Experience:
- Technology background preferred.
- Technology & data interest is highly beneficial.
- 1 Year's Experience in Sales.
- Experience working closely with a sales team.
- Experience with CRM systems & practices.
- Bachelor's Degree not essential but beneficial.
Expectations: Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and project management skills. Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills and ability to extract meaning from data. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and cross functionally.
